Apr 16/10 - Pacific Dental Conference

The 2010 PDC conference was another fantastic experience for the Micrylium Green Team. With over 14,000 in attendance this year in the new convention centre, there was no shortage of opportunity to learn about what the market is demanding when it comes to infection control demands on the West Coast. Toxicity is a continuing saga for professional dental health care workers, and the occupational exposures of harmful and caustic agents and materials have definitively become a nuisance. The common denominator or theme that presented itself from all the activity at our booth was “Going Green”. Dental offices have had the chance for years to experience first hand what it’s like to work day in and day out with Gluteraldehydes, Phenols, Quats and Chlorine-bleaches. However, in Vancouver it is increasingly clear that there is an importance to West Coasters to preserve the natural beauty of their province, cities, towns, people and culture. A visit to Stanley Park, or a drive from sea to sky to Whistler can spell it out to anyone why Dental Professionals in B.C. are ready to make the transition from a chemical product, to an environmentally friendly solution that meets their clinical demands.

Now available is the 5L format. In this size BioSURF and BioMERS are exempt from the Dangerous Goods surcharges and they are "Limited Quantity" "Consumer Commodity" classified. Their rectangular shape makes them easy to store.
